**Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, product training sessions, and personalized support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the B2B beauty industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the B2B sector.
- Become an expert in our K-Beauty product line, including ingredients, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the client experience.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to showcase products, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably from K-Beauty line
- Passionate & knowledgeable in beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft office and other software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Korean (preferred)
