Responsibilities

1. To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.

3. Support in disseminating and explaining HR policies and procedures.

4. To assist in carry-out foreign worker matters such as renewal & endorsement of their passports, working permits, FOMEMA, Insurance, Check-out memo and other matters related to foreign workers.

5. To assist in monitoring and recording the Staff and Workers attendance and annual leave, sick leave, etc.

6. To monitor and control the usage of office stationery, etc.

7. To perform any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time as required and assigned by Superior.

Qualification
2. At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must possess of positive mentality and able to work under pressure and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
