1. Financial & Business Performance Analysis and Reporting Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and budgetary analyses. Prepare and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, balance sheets, cash flow statements etc.), taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing. Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyse key performance metrics (financial and non-financial ratios and metrics) and develop dashboards and reports for tracking and monitoring. Identify key financial trends, patterns, and outliers to provide meaningful insights to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data for analysis and reporting. Also, you are to assist the management team in formulating creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Working with selected team members within the organisation to devise a practical framework for sustainability reporting and implement processes to ensure such is done on an agreed period. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for investors. 2. Financial Planning and Forecasting Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Conduct variance analysis to evaluate actual performance against budgeted targets. Generate accurate financial forecasts based on historical data, industry trends, and market conditions. Provide recommendations for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
