Job Description:
We are a leading cosmetic OEM. To support our growing operations and streamline our processes, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations and Material Planning Specialist to join our team.

As the Customer Relations and Material Planning Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales team to oversee the entire OEM project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating internal operations, providing exceptional customer service, managing material planning and purchasing, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial in driving our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from product development to shipment.
- Assist the Sales Team in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee material planning and purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, forecast demands, and conduct regular analysis to optimize material planning.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production schedules and collaborate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential issues to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review relevant documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and shipping documentation, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the cosmetic industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of OEM project management and experience in overseeing complex, long-term projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in using any relevant software for material planning and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations and quality standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
