**職責與責任:**
- 為行政部門的日常運作提供秘書和行政支援。
- 擔任組織接待員,接聽電話和接待客人或訪客。
- 定期檢查並保存必要的辦公用品記錄。
- 定期與部門溝通,協助購買所需的辦公用品。
- 編制、維護及更新公司相關記錄。
- 負責記錄傳入和傳出的郵件。
- 履行一般文書職責,包括傳真、掃描、歸檔和一般內務管理。
- 了解並維護 QMS ISO 9001:2015 品質管理系統。
- 除了角色和責任之外,員工還必須根據 1994 年《職業安全與健康法案》(OSHA) 第 24 部分第 VI 部分員工的一般義務,照顧自己和其他員工的安全和健康。
- 履行指派的其他相關職責。

**資格/要求**
- SPM/工商管理文憑或同等學歷。
- 至少兩 (2) 年行政職位或相關領域的工作經驗。
- 熟練的電腦技能,包括 Microsoft Office(Word、PowerPoint、Outlook 和 Excel)。
- 良好的英語和馬來語溝通能力。
- 優秀的組織能力和注重細節的能力。
- 能夠滿足任務的日期。
- 遵守紀律,能夠接受指示並具有高度的職業道德。
