Job content includes but is not limited to:

- Responsible for the development of potential TOP customers, the development of wholesale customers in many places across the country, and the realization of brand strategic cooperation to enhance industry influence.
- Responsible for key customer development, signing, introduction, guiding customers to place orders, and always paying attention to customer cooperation and exception handling.
- Responsible for the establishment of marketing information system, market intelligence collection, sorting, analysis, communication and confidentiality system related to competitors.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans for customers.
- A strong desire for achieving sales goals, and an attitude of wanting to constantly break through the upper limit of self-capacity
- Extremely contagious personality, the ability to influence others and change their minds through lingo and other means
- Ability to analyse and judge, to be able to judge the real needs of customers and their advantages in the market through analysis and other means
- Relationship building skills, able to build stable relationships with customers or to ensure more results with less effort in promoting sales
- Perseverance, with an indomitable attitude, no matter how many times the customer refuses, he will continue to communicate with the customer and ensure that the idea can be correctly conveyed to the customer.

岗位内容包括但不限于:

- 负责国内顶级潜能TOP客户的开发,全国多地批发类客户的开发,实现品牌战略合作提升行业影响力。
- 负责大客户开发,签约,引入,指导客户下单,并时刻关注客户合作情况以及异常处理
- 负责建立营销信息系统,市场与竞争对手相关的情报收集、整理、分析、交流及保密制度
- 负责管理维护客户关系以及客户的长期战略合作计划

候选人需有但不限于:

- 对销售目标有强烈的渴望,有一个想不断突破自我能力上限的态度
- 极强的感染力,通过语术等手段去影响他人和改变他人想法的能力
- 分析判断能力,能够通过分析等手段去判断客户真正的需求以及在市场上的优略势
- 关系建立能力,能够和客户建立起稳定的关系或以确保在推进销售过程事倍功半
- 坚韧性,拥有不屈不挠的态度,无论客户拒绝多少次也绝不气馁的继续和客户沟通并确保能够把想法正确的传达给客户。
