**JOB HIGHLIGHTS: -**
- Respond to customers and inquiries regarding products or services
- Provide accurate information on products and services to the customers.
- Promote simple solutions plans through telemarketing.
- To build strong customer relationship.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentations.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy working over the telephone

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm

Part-Time Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 1.00pm to 6.30pm

Education
- STM/STPM (required)
- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)

**Benefits**:

- Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
