**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the leaders to improve the comprehensive coordination among various departments, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the administrative work of each department.
- Responsible for the coordination of various internal and external relations for the company, external reception and conference affairs
- To guide, supervise and conduct irregular inspections on the administrative work of the General Manager's Office.
- Organize and arrange company meetings, taking minutes meeting, and issue documents / letters accordingly.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, circulating, recording, archiving, sending and receiving external documents / letters of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Male or female, preferably Chinese
- Must possessed at least bachelor degree or above on related field
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial or similar role experience.
- Practice professional ethics (avoid discussing any personal affairs of colleagues and bosses)
- Good interpersonal skills and portray good image
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.

**Preferences**:
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
