Academic Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support all administrative related works on the senior leadership members.
- Plan appointments and events, if required.
- Act as the point of contact between all parties related from Academic to non-Academics.
- Create regular reports and update internal databases.
- Make travel arrangements, if required.
- Respond and support promptly to senior leadership members' queries.
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations).
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Review and recommend changes to our company policies.
- Perform all related Academic administrative work.
- Perform any other job as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Academic Secretary, Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- In-depth experience with Google platforms/Sites/Drive and Gmail.
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
- Experience using office equipment, including printers and other related machines.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive School information.
- Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management and/or relevant field.
- Possess pleasant personality and maturity.
