**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Order to Cash Process**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Monitor and manage the entire order to cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- **Agreement/Contract Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and review of sales agreements and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- **Claims Processing**:

- Handle and process customer claims efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve claims and disputes.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide support to the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
- **ERP System Management**:

- Utilize ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage and track financial and sales-related data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- **Web-Based Tools**:

- Navigate and effectively use web-based tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools relevant to sales and finance functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the retail/CPG industry.
- Hands-on experience with Order to Cash processes, agreement/contract management, and claims processing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Proficient in using web-based tools to support sales and finance functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
