Position: Customer Service Consultant - English/Malay Speaker

**Salary**: Up to RM 3500 (total package)

Working hours: 7am till 12am (Operation Hours) - 7days a week (2 days off with rotation shift)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Job Description**:

- Become a product expert that help customers for best solution.
- Delivery High End customer service to clients
- Should be active on Social media so could understand the customer’s concern.

Job Requirement:

- Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process
- Willing to work on shift

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
