Job Description
- Main contact for key clients and ad-hoc customers
- Main contact for key agents/vendors
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with vendors/agents
- Actively track and trace shipments and update customers accordingly.
- Develop relationships and negotiate pricing matters with global partners
- Generate billing invoices
- General reports as and when required
- Liaise with agents/vendors/suppliers to ensure receipts/invoices/documents are submitted
- Keep all documentation and records orderly
- Support in the development of operational procedures
**Requirements**:

- Expertise in On Board Courier business will have an added advantage (Airfreight)
- Good communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Especially in Power Point, Excel and Word)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Work week 5.5 days
- Work location : Penang /Subang Jaya /Johor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
