- Report to the Director
- To ensure the understanding of each and every product sold in the company (Product Knowledge).
- Recognizing competitors and analyze the market share of the products, to be shared to the team
- Able to give sales presentation to prospective clinics
- To generate sales leads and develop new strategies for closing sales.
- Meeting and exceeding sales target given by the management.
- Preparing Monthly Sales Planning Itinerary, Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Working closely with the Marketing campaigns prepared by the Company
- Visiting clinics / laboratory on a day-to-day basis in the given sales area.
- Maintaining clinics / laboratory sales record and grow the potentials with the customers.
- Collecting deposits, full and balance of payments from customers according to Company’s collection term
- Able to support on the after sales service
- Required to work on weekends, if there are any events organized by the Company (with replacement leave given)
- This position may required outside and outstation travels to Dental Clinics, laboratory and Customer’s premises. To be on standby with telephone calls from customers during non-working hours
- Works closely with our Administration, Accounts departments to ensure smooth workflow
- PC Proficiency, able to do quotations as required by customers
- Initiate and promote our dental related products to dental clinic, Dental laboratory, private university, and government hospital.
- Update sales activity into company's Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Plan and maintain inventories for customers
- Participate in promotional activities of company's products in trade shows and conferences
- Prepare the presentation and reports on new opportunities
- Able to develop, coordinate and execute marketing plans
- Build a good relationship with new and existing customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, biomedical, dental technology, marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu
- Have own transport
