Maintain soft copy and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Manage the logistic process for the company
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
- Manage the office equipment, furniture and building maintenance
- Handling of foreign workers basic need such as accommodation, amenities, transportation with agencies and internally
- Manage company car and ensure policies and procedures are being followed
- Any other task assigned by Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or other related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Administration and/or Secretarial task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
