Sales & Admin Manager

Location: USJ 20

Job description:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the technician team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualification:

- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
