Key Responsibilities:
**Greet Visitors**: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour. Sign them in and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

**Answer Phone Calls**: Manage a multi-line phone system, answer calls promptly, and transfer them to the relevant department or individual. Take and relay messages as needed.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries and provide basic information about the company.

**Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, managing office supplies, and maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

**Scheduling**: Manage appointment calendars and conference room reservations as needed. Coordinate meetings and appointments for employees and clients.

**Security**: Monitor and maintain the security of the reception area by ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the premises.

**Communication**: Communicate with various departments to ensure the seamless flow of information and address any issues or concerns as they arise.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A minimum of an SPM or Professional Certificate or equivalent is needed.

**Experience**: Preferably 1-2 years in a related field, but fresh graduates meeting the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word) is essential. Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Good analytical and organizational skills are necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
