- 为客户提供专业咨询/建议
- 以客户服务为导向，以销售为驱动 以客户为中心带来更多销售
- 为公司完成销售，协助订单处理和订单履行
- 始终与客户保持良好的关系
- 专业处理客户询问（客户投诉、反馈、产品调查）
- 归档客户记录，包括联系信息、购买、账单和售后服务。
- 进行每日库存盘点并更新系统中的客户详细信息
- 保持分店/商店的清洁和整洁
- 与店长共同完成销售目标
- 为临时销售相关职责提供支持
- 管理层要求和分配的任何其他职责
**工作要求**:

- 必须愿意在零售时间、轮班、周末和公众假期工作（轮班）
- 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧、友好的语气和积极的态度
- 由于业务性质，良好的口语和书面英语、马来语和普通话能力。
- 准时且无出勤问题
- 有或没有经验（提供培训）
- 至少拥有SPM或以上资格
- 21岁至45岁之间
