Join Us as a Sales Executive

  • Are you ready to lead retail sales to success? As a Retail Sales Executive, your role is crucial in ensuring our retail counters thrive _

Responsibilities:

Sales and Operations Monitoring:

  • Oversee daily sales activities and routine operations of assigned Fiffy boutiques.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service; address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Be present on the sales floor daily, engaging with colleagues and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues.
  • Coordinate and drive efforts to achieve planned sales targets, including promotional items, sales fairs, and events for each boutique.

Sales Targets and Efficiency:

  • Ensure sales targets are met and boutique operations are highly efficient.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Staff Management:

  • Manage manpower effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth business operations.
  • Recruit, lead, and guide boutique sales assistants, providing training on sales and service skills (e.g., greeting customers, offering assistance).
  • Ensure good standard merchandising displays and compliance with company operating procedures.
  • Work closely with Management to train boutique sales assistants and supervisors.

Stock and Inventory Management:

  • Handle stock consolidation and inventory control.
  • Actively support stock takes, sales fairs, new outlet openings, and stock movements as required.

Communication and System Management:

  • Maintain effective communication with head office regarding boutique operational issues.
  • Ensure the operational system is updated promptly and company policies and procedures are implemented.

Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent or relevant working experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Willing to learn, possess valid driving license, willing to travel.
  • Independent, takes initiative and is selfmotivated.
  • Detailed oriented and good time management skills is required
  • Willing to participate in company activities/events.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office (Excel/Word)
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays depending on business needs
  • 5 working days.

Working Location:
Boutique Fiffy - Botanik, T.Panglima, Banting and Setia Taipan.

- 确保良好的商品陈列标准并遵守公司操作程序。
- 与管理层紧密合作,培训精品店销售助理和主管。

库存管理:
- 处理库存整合和库存控制。
- 积极支持盘点、销售展览、新店开业和库存移动等活动。

沟通和系统管理:
- 与总部保持有效沟通,讨论精品店的运营问题。
- 确保及时更新操作系统并实施公司政策和程序。

其他职责:
- 执行任何其他分配的临时任务。

职责:
- 最低学历:工商管理文凭或同等学历,或相关工作经验。

- 至少1年相关工作经验。
- 愿意学习,持有有效驾照,愿意出差。
- 独立工作,积极主动,自我激励。
- 需要具备细致的工作态度和良好的时间管理技能。
- 愿意参与公司活动/事件。
- 电脑操作熟练,精通微软办公软件(Excel/Word)。
- 根据业务需要,能够在周末和公共假期工作。
- 每周工作5天。
