As the Director of Marketing and Sales, you will lead the marketing and sales teams at our Kuala Lumpur branch, devising and executing strategies to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding the customer base, and enhancing sales performance to achieve the company's sales objectives.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to maintain a leading position in the competitive market.

Lead the team, guide sales activities, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitors, providing market insights and business recommendations.

Coordinate with other departments to achieve comprehensive business goals.

Requirements:

Master's or doctoral degree in Business or related field, with extensive experience in marketing and sales management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, motivating team members to achieve exceptional performance.

Deep understanding of marketing strategies and trends, possessing market insights.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Business analytical and decision-making abilities, able to formulate effective business plans.
