- Prefer with finance / training / Human capital background
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operation activities for training center, MLM company and management office.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization
- Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Support worker communication with the management team
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management, training related
- Solid understands of financial/education/HR management
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Good to have SKM/VTO/HRDF TTT certificate
