■ Job description:
【Job Responsibilities】
- Coordination on project schedules:
a. Assist in project coordination and implementation.
b. Safe keeping of project documentation.
- Liaising with users to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Ensuring the user’s needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor the project progress, keep track on project status and handle any project related issues.
- Manage the project budget (CAPEX and OPEX) according to the project milestones.
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting the network, hardware and software issues.
- Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests.
■ Requirements:
- Education Background : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or it equivalent.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT Support in Manufacturing Line
- Require Skill : IT Infrastructures, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security
- IOT experience is the BEST
- Ability to lead projects and ensure completion of multi projects.
- Multilingual & good communication skills
