**Job Description**:
- Prepare provisional tax computation, including tax provision schedules and reconciliations for timely submission of annual tax returns and tax estimates.
- Liaise with tax adviser on tax compliance matters and collate information for tax advice.
- Provide support and advice on all tax matters (direct and indirect tax) for the Company.
- Implement tax advice received and address tax concerns raised
- Attend to direct and indirect tax audits, in co-ordination with tax adviser, if any
- Keep updated with the new regulations and budget announcements, evaluate the potential tax implications and update internal stakeholders whenever required
- Identify and improve tax processes.
- Ensure vendor debit teamwork with other departments to deliver timely, accurate, and informative reports
- Prepare & review balance sheet reconciliation and recommend adjustment
- Participate in regional operational excellence projects
- Harmonise shared service center and country Finance operations
- Provide support to CFO and finance manager in other finance functions, including, treasury, statutory audit and budgeting.
- Take the initiative to work with other departments to deliver timely and informative reports.
- Ad hoc duties as may arise from time to time.
