**What you will experience in this role**:

- Offer pre-sales system support to the sales department, ensuring optimal configuration between products and clients' systems.
- Provide advisory assistance to businesses regarding automation, proposing effective solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Clearly convey and demonstrate the benefits of products to customers, ensuring successful implementation post-solution sales.
- Test and assess new products/features for compatibility and functionality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to gather market insights, establish terms and conditions, and formulate service charges for new products, including service policy development.
- Identify training syllabi and conduct training for sales staff and branch system engineers.
- Evaluate and compare software solutions for informed decision-making.

**What you will need to succeed in this role**:

- A minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and data capturing implementation projects is required.
- Holds a degree in Computer Engineering/Science or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and business process mapping to identify potential avenues for automation.
- Demonstrates effective teamwork with robust analytical and communication capabilities.
- Displays independence, customer focus, and adeptness in delivering presentations.
- Experience in Project Management is a valuable additional asset.
