**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation and Editing: Develop and enhance captivating content for diverse social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Ensure content quality and brand alignment through meticulous editing.
Social Media Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that embodies the brand's voice, objectives, and target audience. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' strategies.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with the online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and feedback with a personalized touch.
Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
Talent Management - Influencers: Identify and source influencers, build relationships, and manage partnerships. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple brands for joint marketing efforts, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution.
Offline and Online Marketing Assistance: Assist in both online and offline marketing initiatives. For online efforts, manage social media promotions, contests, and interactions. For offline activities, participate in event planning, booth setups, and other promotional events.
Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on enhancing the online presence and driving customer engagement for the F&B industry.
Ad Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI, ensuring that campaigns are running effectively and within budget.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Prepare comprehensive performance reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations, and present findings to relevant stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Ad Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and visually appealing ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos, that resonate with the F&B industry's corporate image.
Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage advertising budgets to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring efficient spending while scaling successful campaigns.
Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors' digital advertising efforts, identifying opportunities to differentiate and enhance our campaigns.
**Job Requirements**:
Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content editing, talent management with a strong emphasis on ads management and buying, preferably within the F&B or related industry.
Editing Expertise: Proficiency in editing written and visual content for grammar, style, and brand alignment.
Talent Management: Demonstrated experience in influencer sourcing, partnership management and performance reporting.
Platform Proficiency: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms, evidenced by successful campaign management.
Ads Management Expertise: Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful digital ad campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Ads.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret campaign performance data and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
Creativity: Ability to conceptualize innovative ad creatives that align with the F&B industry's corporate identity and resonate with target audiences.
Industry Understanding: A good understanding of the F&B industry landscape, consumer behaviors, and market trends to inform effective ad targeting and messaging.
Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets effectively, maximizing ROI and maintaining adherence to allocated funds.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting campaign results, and articulating marketing strategies.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
