**Responsibility**
- Execute a full range of import and local procurement processes, including: procurement, negotiation, costing, supplier selection, issuing purchase orders, and driving suppliers to deliver on time
- Supervise daily product stock levels - manage on-hand item/stock data and prepare for stock statistics to be processed in the fastest possible time
- Responsible for processing supplier/PO accounts
- Responsible for the disposal of unqualified products found in procurement activities and routine problem handling
- Assist in following up on inventory matters including receiving and destroying items
- Follow up and monitor delivery dates of purchase orders to avoid interruptions to production schedules due to shortages or late deliveries
- Assist with monthly inventory checks, prepare inventory reports
- Assist in communicating with suppliers and follow up on all product related issues
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

工作职责

执行全方位的进口和本地采购流程,包括: 采购、谈判、成本核算、供应商选择、发出采购订单,推动供应商按时交货

監督每日產品庫存量 - 管理現有貨品/庫存數據和準備在最快的時間上處理庫存統

負責處理供應商/PO賬款

负责对采购活动中发现的不合格产品的处置及常规的问题处理

協助跟進庫存事務包括接收及摧收物品

跟进和监控采购订单的交货日期,避免因短缺或延迟交货而中断生产计划

協助每月庫存檢查,准備庫存報告

協助與供應商溝通並跟進所有與產品相關的問題

完成上级安排的其它工作任务
