**Role Description**

**Responsibility**
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Verify and reconcile billing data with sales records.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and customer requirements.
- Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records to all accounts receivable transactions.
- Post payment to customer account.
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on account receivable status.
- Response to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Support Accounts team members when needed or complete task given by Managers.

**Qualifications**
- Fresh graduates of Diploma / Coursework In accounting principles, finance, and business administration are preferred.
- **OR** proven experience in account receivable, collections or a similar financial role.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (OBM), strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for managing data and generating reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Alternate shift on Saturdays (8am-1pm, twice per month).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
