**Overall**:
**Responsibilities**:
Supports Human Resources & Administrative Department in required task:
1. Provide office support services and personnel administration in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the project members and organization.

2. Responsible to coordinate travel/mobilization arrangements including accommodation and transportation bookings.

3. Assisting HR Dept with payroll processing (timesheet collection and report) while maintaining the confidentiality of payroll information and complying with all company, state and legal requirements.

4. Ensuring all project personnel files are updated (offshore crew), including monitoring training requirements, leave records; ensuring accuracy and accessibility to HR personnel/relevant team members.

5. To distribute internal correspondences including letters, memo and pay slips to employees in a timely and confidential manner.

6. Assist the department with other related duties as assigned when required.

Supports Branch & Operations Manager in required task:
1. Responsible for petty cash and to liaise with Finance Dept. on Material Request.

2. Coordinate all activities related to and other duties and functions as stipulated in the firm Quality Management System:
i. ensure that site office conforms to Company QMS and the requirements of ISO 9001;
ii. ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
iii. ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

**Minimum Qualification**:
1. Minimum Diploma/Degree or higher education in Business Administration / Human Resources or its equivalent.

2. At least 1 years of working experience in Admin, HR and Payroll System, prioritized HR2000 system.

3. Well-verse in Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to generate detailed reports.

4. Able to work independently.

5. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

6. Strong numerical skills, meticulous, conscientious, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
