HR Executive

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and facilitate resolution.
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information System platforms.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
