10 am - 7 pm (Mon-Fri)
**What will you learn from the internship**:
Recruitment Support:
- Help post job openings and schedule interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Help with exit interviews and documentation.
Employee Records Management:
- Update and organize employee records.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Assist in communicating HR policies to employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance.
Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement events.
Training and Development:
- Assist in coordinating training sessions.
General HR Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
**What we need**:
- Enrolled in a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
