**_Responsibilities:_**:

- _ _Provide strategic advice across a variety of insurance products and services_
- (Health Insurance, Mortgage Insurance, Savings, Investment plans, Critical_
- Illness Insurance and Policy Review)_
- _Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid Insurance plan._
- _Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision._
- _Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships._
- _Network, generate leads and grab opportunities to sell Insurance Policies to_
- meet sales quotas._
- _Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to_
- ensure profits._
- _Comply with all industry rules and regulations._
- _Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance Network_
- with potential customers._
- _Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make_
- recommendations based on their needs._
- _Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage_
- when needed._
- _Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way_

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A license issued by the state board. (No license, we can arrange for it)
- A professional appearance.
- Able to attend On-going training in the latest products and benefits.
- Attendance at product launches and seminars necessary.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
- Excellent Knowledge in Social Media management.

- Full-time/Part-time
- Salary:

- Part-Time: RM2000-RM4000 (Monthly allowance provided with commission)
- Full-Time: RM3000-RM15000 (Basic RM2500 provided with Commission)
- Able to travel when needed
- Promotion and Recognition given based on performance.
