**Location**: LV, Georgetown Penang

**Salary Range**: RM9,000 - RM14,000

**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**:

- Native Japanese speaker.
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- **Experience**:

- Preferred experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
- **Education**:

- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree and the required skills are encouraged to apply.**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assessments of reservation processes.
- Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements based on quality analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance processes.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
