About Marie ERP

We're an enterprise software startup building a breakthrough solution for an industry that millions of people depend upon everyday, the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Therefore we listen to the chaos and lack of control facing operators in F&B. We have 35 F&Bs that have expressed strong written interest in onboarding Marie ERP during our soft launch in Dec 2023. We have an intention to have a dual presence in Malaysia and India. The team is currently made up of 2 key personnel along with 3 software engineers. The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur at the workplace of our industry partner. Meanwhile, we are in the advanced stages of receiving a grant from Cradle.

Your role as a Sales Representative

As a key member in our sales division, you will support to attract and onboard F&B clients on Marie ERP.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Take the helm in making crucial decisions that shape Marie ERP's trajectory. Your insights will drive our sales strategies and contribute to the evolution of our enterprise software solutions.
- Client-Centric Approach: Champion a client-centric mindset, making decisions that enhance the value we deliver to our customers. Your strategic choices will solidify our position as leaders in the enterprise software space.
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and build strong relationships. Your role is pivotal in establishing connections with new clients and exploring untapped markets.
- Effective Communication: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating our products and services to potential clients. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in conveying the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

Selection Criteria
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Accounting
- Can speak and write fluently in English (ability to speak Tamil and Mandarin is an advantage)
- Has a growth mindset with an ability towards critical thinking
- Good communication to articulate ideas and relay feedback to the software development division
- The energy to disrupt and create change for the better

**Benefits**:

- The role will be a three month trial period before transitioning to a permanent position
- The working hours will be from 9am to 6pm - Monday and Friday

- The remuneration package will be discussed during the interview session.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
