Mengurus semua aset di bawah pengurusan Sayong Resort Sdn Bhd. 3. Mengurus semua urusan melibatkan perancangan dan pembangunan aset Sayong Resort. 4. Bertanggungjawab ke atas perancangan dan pengurusan operasi dan sales Jabatan terlibat. 5. Merancang, mengurus dan memantau kualiti produk dan servis disamping mengawal dan meminimumkan kos terlibat. 6. Operation Supervisor melapor kepada General Manager / BOD. 7. Membuat keputusan yang melibatkan operasi jabatan di bawah tanggungjawab OS. 8. Membuat keputusan berdasarkan situasi semasa dan plan Business Planning syarikat 9.Pengalaman kerja di dalam bidang operasi perhotelan atau resort.
