**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and troubleshoot server health, ensuring traffic volumes are within network capacity.
- Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT Data Business Solutions Nordicsstandards and policies.
- Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
- To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- Always ensure thatcompany Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
- As a member of the global NTT Data Business Solutions Nordicscommunity, you will be a champion of the organization values and culture, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviors expected from a professional, best in-class IT team.

**Education/Experience/Skills**
- University degree in Information Technology/ B.Sc
- Min 5+ years of experience inWindows serveradministration in data center environment(multitenant data center experience is preferable).
- Strong knowledge on windows server operating systems, Microsoft office O365 and Azure. Basic understanding of networking.
- Hands on experience below:

- VMware
- Window Servers operating systems.
- ADFS,WAP and CA services.
- File, print, WSUS and SQL server environment
- System management and monitoring tools
- Collaboration platforms
- Office 365, Intune andAzure-Create scripts to automate standard processes (PowerShelland VB)
- Contact to system manufacturers and outsourcing partners
- Working on incidents, problems, and service requests within ITSM tool (2nd level support)
- Planning and implementation of changes and maintaining the configuration management database
- Projects
- Documentation and training
- Relevant industry experience.
- Strong English language -Written and Verbal and experience in international collaboration.
- Able to work in global time zone
