**You will play an important role in**:

- Provide legal guidance across various business functions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts.
- Assist in M&A and other corporate transactions.
- Evaluate and facilitate the selection of overseas lawyers for contracts, addressing legal issues during execution.
- Manage legal affairs for the company, offering consultations and solutions to legal inquiries, ensuring lawful and compliant business operations.
- Communicate with partnering law firms and local government entities, providing guidance for compliant operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years PQE and be called to the Bar.
- Work experience in law firm will be an added advantage
- **Flexible to accommodate unconventional business travel schedules.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,371.07 - RM13,389.73 per month
