**About The Job
To provide legal counseling to the business and operations activities in APAC through pro-active and effective legal support.

The Legal Counsel shall cover tender reviews, contracts qualifications, active contracts negotiations, preparation as well as providing support, in coordination with the other relevant functions, to insurance, trade control and anti-corruption compliance activities.

The Legal Counsel shall ensure that his/her scope are carried out in compliance with the applicable Company’s rules and standards and shall be responsible to implement all relevant procedures and processes to such effect.
- Review, qualify, draft and negotiate engineering contracts with domestic and international clients and other types of contractual documents and agreements generally used in the oil & gas, energy or construction industry in compliance with the Company contracting principles
- Participate on and/or lead contracts negotiations with clients
- Providing legal advice and support, anticipating and managing legal risks associated with the business strategy and operations Provide support on ethics & compliance issues, ensuring that the Company policies and procedures are adhered to.

**About You
- Law Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in contract review and negotiations in national or international top tier contractors or clients
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to deliver quality work under deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry Experience in the renewable energy sector
