**JOB SCOPE**:

- Execute collection strategy to accelerate recovery.
- Perform daily outbound calls to remind customers of the repayment schedule and obtain relevant payments.
- Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment issues.
- Follow up on overdue payments by utilising phone collection techniques.
- Responsible for calling customers for payment based on delinquent accounts. (overdue 1-3 months)
- Daily KPI : 200 calls/day

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good Bahasa Malaysia conversational skills.
- Good negotiation skills.

**SALARY PACKAGE**:

- Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,600

**ALLOWANCES**:

- KPI Incentives: Up to RM700 (based on performance)
- Claimable OT allowance

**Salary**: Up to RM 3,300 per month (including allowances)

**OFFICE HOURS**:

- Mon-Fri (9AM - 6PM)
- However there will be 2 Saturdays in a month they will need to work (ideally week 1 & week 4, but if they are not available it is upon discussion with their Team Leader)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)

**JOB TYPE**: Contract (12 months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
