- At least SPM level.

- Or minimum 1 year experience in debt recovery (consumer credit business) is added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer service oriented.
- Capable in Operating Debts Management System.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Detailed focused and analytically inclined, self-driven, result oriented & positive outlook.
- Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills.

**Job Description**:

- To ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability of information and data in relation to business operation and assets of the company is protected.
- Achieve the collection target as assigned.
- Report daily collection result to Unit Head.
- Conduct continuous improvement to credit management process.

Willing to take up challenges and grow with the company.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
