**Responsibilities**
Are you the assistant we have been looking for? A full-time administrative assistant who can help the company to grow. Have you always dreamed of having a stable job?
**Tasks include**:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department
- Assisting in processing documents, organizing invoices and receipts, uploading photos and reviews of customers, and other related administrative jobs.
- Assist in managing customer service by dealing with incoming calls and messages from the customers; answering queries, sorting out complaints, and providing advice and information to customers regarding goods and services
- Identifying requirements and entering events into a computer system;
- Sending letters, information sheets, and other documents to clients;
- Manage and update records in the system
- In charge of coordinating daily dispatches and incoming deliveries as needed
- Accountable for doing inventory counts, sorting boxes, and stocking shelves.
- Handling the arrival of new materials, unloading trucks, and ensuring they match the order.
- Provide a point of contact for customers with any logistics-related difficulties
- Process any returned items or non-conforming products according to the prescribed processes.
- Support the sales and marketing department as needed in providing for customer
- Located on a premise that may be remote from clients or other operations of the organizations or companies about whom information is provided.
- Meet the above requirements, and be able to work on **Monday to Saturday**, **from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm**:
