**Administrative Executive**

**We are searching for a highly motivated and efficient Administrative Executive to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the Admin Director and various departments across the Group, including HR, Admin, Finance, and IT.**

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Group, assisting the Admin Director with the various departments across the Group (HR, Admin, Finance, and IT). You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, requiring excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide calendar management and scheduling for the CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) ensuring all documents across departments (HR, Admin, Finance, and IT) are organized and readily accessible.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other administrative documents with accuracy and attention to detail, catering to the specific needs of various departments (HR, Admin, Finance, and IT).
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and other team members (if applicable).
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional work environment for all departments.
- Oversee administrative workflows and procedures across departments (HR, Admin, Finance, and IT), identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining processes.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to visiting staff and guests
- Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries from across the Group (HR, Admin, Finance, and IT).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Director.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
