**Responsibilities**
- **Retail**_
- Provide advice to the customer about health issues, symptoms and medication with professional medical updates, product & disease knowledge
- Dispense prescriptions to the customer
- Provide health checks such as blood sugar, blood pressure and blood cholesterol test as and when required
- Lead the store employees to achieve sales target
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Manage stock inventory to ensure stock in the pharmacy is sufficient and up-to-date
- Maintain proper recording of all sale of scheduled drugs according to the requirement of Pharmacy Legislations
- Monitor expiry dates of stocks to minimise the write-offs and returns
- Hold accountability for division Profit and Loss
- Maintain good communication and working relationship within the retail store and colleagues
- Recruit, lead, develop, train and motivate subordinates in promoting customer service courtesy and improving store standards
- Execute the recall actions in a timely manner according to the SOP upon obtained the distribution list and directions which includes:

- Clear communication of the recall messages to customer
- Arrange goods return from the retail store
- Attend to the enquiries in a professional manner
- **Warehouse (document endorsement)**_
- Maintain proper recording of all stock according to the requirement of Pharmacy Legislations
- Monitor expiry dates of stocks to minimise the write-offs
- Carry out cycle count for all stock items situated in the warehouse
- Ensure all licenses are updated and renewed on time
- Execute the recall actions in a timely manner according to the SOP upon obtained the distribution list and directions

**Requirements**:

- **Degree in pharmacy with > 1 year of experience as Pharmacist**.
- **Fresh Graduates (Pharma background)** can be considered too.
- Possess Pharmacist’s **Poisons Licence (Type A)**. Possess Type B licence too is added advantage but not compulsory.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia preferably.
- Able to supervise few Retail Assistants.
- Good command in English & Bahasa. Mandarin/Cantonese speaker is a plus.
- Permanent vacancy based in Ipoh, Perak.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
