Account Executive

The Account Executive (Projects) performs several tasks and acts as a point of contact between the Customer(s) and internal teams. He/she will be assigned to handle key customer account(s) and is responsible for processing all enquiries, purchase orders, and all parts of the Sales process right up to arranging shipments for the Customer. He/she will also be assisting the Project Manager in executing and coordinating all relevant tasks related to the successful completion of New Product Launches (from design stage right up to shipment out from the Factory).
- Responsible for all documentation and records related to the assigned Customer (s) i.e. issuance of Sales Orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc. and the preparation of relevant Customs documentation such as Butiran 92, K9, M2, etc);
- Order processing and following up with internal teams (planning, production, warehouse & logistics) to ensure shipment can be effected as agreed with Customer(s);
- Calculates product costing, prepare shipment / delivery schedules, forecasts and reports;
- Attends daily Operation meetings to keep abreast of production schedule and to report to Manager if there is any issue which may affect delivery/shipment dates;
- Requests and arranges for samples required for New Product Development (NPDs) e.g. Raw material, master batch, packaging, components;
- Arranges for sample runs with internal team as per Customer’s requests;
- Co-ordinating with internal teams (toolrooms, engineering, and other relevant parties) on new product development and trial runs;
- Handling Customer Feedback/complaints;
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by Project Manager;
- Achieving departmental KPIs and Company’s objectives
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Preference given to those with at least one (1) year relevant experience in Key
- Min. STPM / Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Account /Customer Service
**SKILLS**
- Knowledge & some experience in Key Account management / Customer Service / Sales
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Words, Power point). Exposure to ERP system would be advantageous.
- Able to multitask with good attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Proven ability to work well with people from all levels and background.Good communication skills -verbal and written.
- Good organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects at any one time.
- Analytical mind and able to understand Customer’s needs well.
- Resourceful with ability to conduct market research and make proposals with a view of increasing sales and enhancing relationship with Customer(s).
- Passion for managing multiple accounts and able to look for new sales opportunities to increase sales.
