Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

**How you will contribute**

Working with other internal and external stakeholders, you will lead the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications to win differently in each market/ cluster. The role is a solo contributor, reporting into a Cluster Marketing Director, and is required experiences in handling different levels of stakeholders. Although launching new products and building our brands are a must, overall knowledge in Route-to-market and Distribution management will be a major advantage as the role needs to bridge the gap with commercials.

- Leading and influencing teams, both internally and many times externally (i.e. market’s distributors)
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, Fluency in English is a must.
- Appreciation Markets with diverse economic environments and cross-cultural context is a distinct advantage

- Define the clear ‘Where to Play’s’- Drive growth by doing brand building for the key category country combinations (CCC’s)
- we need to be choiceful and first focus on the big ones.
- Putting the consumer at the heart of our plans for markets where we currently do not have much knowledge
- like Korea, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
- Creating a playbook for brand building basis Market Maturity
- ‘light touch’ for Sustain CCC’s, ‘focus and conscious brand building’ for Invest CCC’s.
- Transferring learning from SEA/ other BU’s on how to expand a brand in a new market over times while remains consistent to the brand but with local relevancy/ adaptation needed.
