Job Description Responsibilities: Assist with the Finance Executive day to day tasks - daily transactions Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Managers Assist to ensure all accounting records and bookkeeping transactions across all jurisdictions are updated via systems Ensure that all donor receive their receipts on time Compile and analyze data, track information, and support the finance team Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records Assist supervisor in month-end and year-end closing activities Assist with cash collection Requirement: Preferred academic background is a Degree in Accounting / Finance Good work ethic and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated. Able to hit deadlines and targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good use of Microsoft Package. MS Excel proficient user Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia Willing to learn new things and experience humanitarian work. Minimum internship duration 6 months Allowance is provided
