* Design, develop, and update training materials and programs (e.g., presentations, manuals, multimedia resources) aligned with company products.
- Conduct orientation for new call center staff, develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, and schedule orientation sessions with existing staff.
- Conduct various training sessions and programs (e.g., new agents, compliance, product knowledge, selling skills, soft skills, motivational programs) for call center staff and colleagues.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for call center staff and colleagues.
- Observe sales encounters, collect feedback, and analyze performance data post-training
- Collaborate with sales department managers and team leaders to discuss training performance.
- Assess and modify training programs for effectiveness.
- Stay updated with trends and techniques in sales and training.
- Participate in educational opportunities and read financial publications to update job knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- University degree/diploma in any field. Train the Trainer certification (advantageous).
- Preferable experience in Financial Call Center Training, Sales Training, or Business Development.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
- Advanced skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.
- Outstanding coaching skills.
- Ability to measure performance effectively.
- Experience in building and developing teams.
- Knowledge of telesales techniques (advantageous).
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
