**Job Purpose/Summary**:

- Responsible in leading retail claims daily operation process efficiently.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the daily operation process to be achieved and meeting the turnaround time set.
- Ensure the team’s compliance to all regulations, controls and internal policies including audit.
- Resolve escalation case by the staff and/or exceptions that may arise from time to time by working with all relevant internal and external parties until resolved.
- Review of claim processes and recommend improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
- Handling claims processing and payments.
- To handle & monitor all complaints from Insured, Regulatory Body and etc.
- Involved in ad-hoc project assigned from time-to-time.
- Additional task assigned as and when required.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
