Join our client - A fast-growing fintech company committed to reshaping the financial industry through innovation and technology We're seeking an experienced **HR Operations Specialist** to drive efficiency and compliance within our growing organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Oversee and manage HRIS systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, composing and maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records. Manage document retention, data protection, and record-keeping processes.
- Conduct payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing while addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, guiding employees through complexities and assisting with any issues.
- Collaborate with HR service providers and vendors, cultivating strong relationships and optimizing service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of training programs, ensuring employees have access to the resources they need to thrive.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in HR software and tools.
