**Responsibilities**
- Adjudicate flex claims (self-funded), verify submission of claims documents to ensure that all required information & documents are in order as per client guidelines
- Liaise with employees / HRs for submission of missing/incomplete Information/documents
- Submit payroll/Giro reports & Flex Claims utilization report to client on agreed schedule timeline
- Manage, handle and resolve employee queries related adjudication of claims in timely manner
- Analyse and investigate claims to help prevent fraudulent claims reimbursements
- Meet Turnaround time and accuracy of payroll/ reimbursement files
- Upload panel data in timely manner in CXA portal for employee to view their cashless transactions
- Administration of existing and new insurance policies
- Data entry into internal system, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Prepare correspondence and liaise with insurers and clients
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Customer centric, meticulous, strong analytical skill
- Able to multitask, well organized and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Exposure in general insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and PDF editor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
