Our Management Trainee Programme consists of 18 months accelerated learning programme on retail management that comprises store on-the-job training and job rotations.

During the first 3 months, you will undergo an intensive induction program covering the principles of operation and management. This includes:

- Management workshops in leadership, teamwork and managing change
- Familiarization visits to all areas of our operation
- Experience sharing with managers and staff
- Briefing from senior management on business strategy
- Group projects

To gain exposure in retail operations, you will be posted to various departments within Parkson. This is an excellent opportunity for you to broaden your understanding and knowledge of our business.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Flexible to relocate throughout Malaysia.
- Flexible to work schedule in shift duty, included weekend and Public
Holiday.
- Energetic and dynamic personalities.
- Team players, who like working in a highly collaborative environment
- Individuals who are passionate about in retail business, and motivating others
- Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Effective communication skills
