Office Admin Manager

1. Oversee and upkeep office facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.

2. Assist General Manager in the administration and report preparation.

3. Coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and deliver progress updates.

4. Lead and drive office projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Approve purchase requisition for transactions related to offices and general admin.

6. Draft and review the new agreements and manage company lease and rental agreements for premises, housing, car, and office equipment.

7. Responsible for license renewal such as business licenses and manufacturing licenses. Monitor and maintain all license records.

8. Monitor costs and expenses to meet cost-saving objectives.

9. Manage the utility payment of the company and staff accommodation.

11. Prepare meeting room and meal for meeting with customers and/or internal meetings.

12. Monitor cleaner works to ensure cleanliness and job deliverables.

13. Manage and maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies.

15. Coordinate with external storage facility for arrangement of document storage.

16. Involve in event organizing.

17. Other admin duties to ensure smooth office operation.

**Requirements**:
1. Tertiary education in administration or equivalent

2. Three years of working experience in the admin field.

3. Computer literate and knowledgeable in use of Microsoft tools

4. Self-driven, assertive, and dynamic individual

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
